The employees who violate the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal, the country's peace and security, foreign relations and public dignity, the reputation of the Legislature-Parliament and the court's decision are disregarded and different castes, castes, religions, classes, regions and sects. It is not allowed to demonstrate, participate in a strike or incite others to do so in a manner that creates animosity between individuals or spreads political or communal ill-will or abets any crime.
